Bonita 101 has been beautifully upgraded and remodeled with new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer, interior lighting and ceiling fans throughout spacious condo and larger patio with lounging chairs. Three smart TVs with Roku, Netflix and Prime available on all TV's every room. Extra amenities makes this Unit very desirable, plus the private balcony is directly across from the slide pool, and Bonita hot tub steps away. Provided all the kitchen cooking and gadgets more then one could need. The grill is located in the court yard across from the back doors under the canopy.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably.
Master bedroom - King bedroom private locking master bathroom and jet tub/shower.
Second Bedroom - two full size beds and has a second bathroom directly next to the room, separate locking door, with a standup shower.
~New comforters in both beds rooms.
Living room - brand new Ashley queen sofa sleeper, extremely comfortable, double recliner, and love seat couch.
Dinning room - has a large kitchen table with plenty of seating.
Private extra large Patio - has oversize furniture and lighting/fans.
Private washer and drying machines for your convenience in the unit, across from the kitchen.
We are just steps from the Club House main slide pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ gazebo area.
Don't forget about the beautiful sandy beach also just steps away!
The Family pool, swim up bar area, the kiddie pool and three other hot tubs located in the vicinity. The list goes on, must see.
